this studio space is more spacious than before. For starting point of my business, i should have about5-6 to do construction, and 2-3 patternmakers. Probably because my business idea is focusing on the embellishment as well, therefore, i would need couple people to do embellishment and of course someone who has knowledge in advances technology for embellishment in textile.

Workspace studio

This studio for my concept, is really nice, i love how the sewing machine and the heat presser are positioned. However, i would love to have couple industrial machines instead of the domestic machine. I also want to have overlock machine and the buttonhole machine. Each machine should have the hanger as well, for the sewer to hang the garment.

Zuhair Murad

Zuhair Murad is a Lebanese designer that reflects his clothings as really pretty and totally beautiful. He has a lot of embellishment that expresses Women's fantasy to wear the gowns. Moreover, have a look at some of his designs above, theya re lovely, the corsets, the textiles and the use of the feathers and beadings reinforce the idea of luxury.

Some actresses and celebrities wear his clothings in red carpet, such as Angelina Jolie, Taylor Swift, Eva Longoria, etc.

This is for the project at uni.
The logo that i want to create is simple yet it has elegant or some feminine look.
I love the one with my name 'Jeni' and has the combined J and K at the back.
However, it also depends on the business that i want to decide, i could look at the house of textils if i decide to do the textile business. I also have a thought to create a line under house of txtiles for my name.

The second idea is creating a textile business with a lot of emroideries and beadings, or other forms of embellishment. At the moment, especially in Australia, not a lot of people selling cheap embellished fabrics, it is all over $100.

IDea 1

I want to use the idea of creating business that represents the luxury for high level income people. I have loved things that are influenced with the past history(laces, ruffles, etc), especially the ballets. It is really elegant and has aesthetic value.
Ballet such as Swan lake, Giselle, Coppelia, and the nutcracker, could be my inspiration in term of the bodice and the mood that is has.
Moreover, the idea of luxury, makes people having more assurance to purchase the high quality of the product due to the hand made involvement and the quality of the fabric.
The business is pointing at one, the textiles and the quaity of the fabric, that will not lose against the competitors such as MArchesa, and other evening wear business.
