Applying beading

Thinking in what way i should bead the neck, should it be loose, packed or play with different type of beads. I only boight glass beads and round type beads. I live glass beads better, because glass beads does not make the clothes look sweet. Starting at outer line first, then the next step you measure both line, and grab the middle part so your beading will look neat.
